During the 2025-27 biennium will be making a portion of its surplus tax revenues available to Lincoln County (Oregon) Public Libraries through direct grants for services/resources. Completed applications along with budgets should be returned to Bryan Miyagishima - bryan.miyagishima@lincolncolibrarydist.org by the end of February, 2026. All questions regarding the grant should be directed to Bryan Miyagishima.
